Mr. Barnett has been in the business of Television Advertising, Program Distribution, Marketing and Media for over 25 years. He began his career in traditional package goods marketing at Ted Bates Advertising in NY. He later moved into the television programming syndication business, where Mr. Barnett spent 10 years as a VP/ Sales Manager for Warner Bros Domestic Television Program Distribution; helping to manage a over a billion dollar sales division.

As electronic retailing became prominent in the early 90’s, Mr. Barnett founded Infocom Entertainment to spearhead a direct response television marketing and media company. As the company’s CEO, Mr. Barnett developed, marketed and distributed consumer products via direct response TV channels. Subsequent to this, Mr. Barnett became a management consultant for Guthy-Renker Corp developing new business and products for this rapidly growing privately held company.

Most recently, with the advent and growth of Interactive Television, Mr. Barnett was recruited by Tivo Inc to spearhead the company’s sales and marketing efforts in the direct response channels as well as assist in brand advertising markets.
